Our services include the following:
1. On-site sorting and collection of recyclables
If a business is producing large quantities of waste then the Recycler can offer on-site waste management. This means that we place trained staff on the client's site in the waste area. The staff members will receive all of the waste from the cleaners and sort the general waste from the recyclables.
Through this practice we ensure that the client reduces their waste to landfill, recycles as much as possible, and complies with the latest environmental legislation.
2. WASTE AND RECYCLABLE REPORTING
The Recycler Tanzania specialises in monitoring and reporting your waste streams and volumes as well as the performance of our on-site waste recyclers. We would be able to present you an accurate and reliable monthly waste tracking report by email or in hardcopy as per your request. This data would include the following:
- Monthly and annual recordings of waste recycled with specific reporting on each waste stream (paper, plastics, glass, etc).
- Actual weight of each recycled material
- Percentage of each stream in relation to the total waste generated
- Percentage reduction in your total waste to the landfill
3. Removal and disposal of general waste
General waste that cannot be recycled, will be disposed of at a legal landfill site. Proof of waste collection, transport and disposal will be provided to clients.
4. Safe hazardous waste destruction
The Recycler also offers a service for Hazardous Waste disposal. This is done under the supervision of Tanzania's National Environment Management Council (NEMC) who will provide a safe disposal certificate once completed. Contact us for more information.
5. Organic Waste Options
The Recycler is currently in the process of exploring biogas, insect-derived protein and other organic waste options for our clients and hope to offer a comprehensive solution soon. If you have large amounts of organic waste, please contact us so that we can include you in our feasibility studies.
